If you are in Tagaytay proper, we can arrange pick up with a fee of P1,200 per way, a maximum of 12 pax per trip.
For Overnight Guests: If you commute by bus, we can fetch you at Tagaytay-Nasugbo highway near Welcome to Nasugbu Arch in 7-11, without any charge.Please note:
*One time pick up and one time drop off is free of charge at the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway Arch for pre-booked guests only.
*Cab capacity is maximum of 12 persons and must be scheduled in advance (but subject to availability from 11AM to 3PM). Please coordinate with our ground staff for proper arrangement.
*During your stay, our shuttle cab service is for within the resort premises only.For Day Tour Guests: Minimum of P2,000 total booked services is required for a complimentary pick-up in 7-11. For those who will not meet the minimum purchase requirement, we charge pick up and drop off at P500 per way. Alternatively, please take a tricycle from the arch going to Shanti in Barangay Talaga.

We welcome your pets.
Please be advised that we shall allow 3 pets maximum per dome or tent lodge, fully domesticated & non-aggressive. You will be asked to sign "Pet Policy" upon check in.
Small pets:Generally under 15 inches in height or length and approximately up to 11 kg. P500 per pet.
Medium pets: Roughly between 15 to 20 inches in height or length and about 11 to 23 kg. P750 per pet.
Large pets: Over 20 inches in height or length and weighing over 23 kg. P1000 per pet.
Damages and/ or cleaning fee will be charged separately for improper handling of pets.
